buff asked the following question:
Where online, in a book, or elsewhere can I find a complete list of cooking greens (collard, kale, etc.), along with pictures and descriptions. I already have a couple of books on produce, but they only list 2-3 cooking greens, and I belong to a cooperative that, at different times, supplies about a dozen different varieties that I’d like to read about. Thanks.

to be honest, you wash and cook them all the same. the only difference is that some cook a little longer than others. you can just moniter the tenderness as you cook them. ive cooked them all,so if you have any questions, let me know.
