Okay, well I’m doing a negree in nutrition and am vegetarian, and do not need to eat ‘enormous’ amounts. Something like tofu has much more protein in it, per gram, than meat. It is also easy to get all the amino acids, vitamins and minerals so long as we eat a diet full of variety, but NOT enormous amounts. This is myth and propaganda.

i have done alot of research on this matter and everyone seems to belive that vegitarianism is the pure perfect diet by cutting out a natural food source. to obtain the nutrition you would recieve in meat nessesary you must consume alot more plants than you would meat. meat is less common and more goes into making it. to get perfect porportions od everything eating only vegitation you would need to eat enormous amounts. i remind you that plants are alive too even if they are not intelligent

I’m vegetarian, healthy definitely NOT underweight lol.
I’m studying nutrition & dietetics… and you are 100% wrong. Please get some education before you make such grand statements. Why would you say it’s “ungodly bad for you”?? Do you really buy into all the myths about protein, iron, calcium, B vitamins etc? Pleeeease, go RESEARCH, EDUCATE yourself. lol

I would never use olive oil when making a curry. Its flavour would be to much. I would use a vegetable or ground nut oil. Nice recipe though. Think I’ll go make some curry now
