I know grilled chicken is great but chicken is bland without flavorings. What kind of marinades do you suggest if you suggest chicken?

The way I keep healthy meals convenient is by spending 1 weekend per month cooking healthy soups, stews, casseroles and individual dinners and then freezing them in individual portions. Then its easy for everyone to grab the dinner of their choice and pop it in the microwave. We have healthful, delcicious home made food, and when I get home from work I dont have to worry about cooking. Another trick I like to do is to marinade chicken or pork chops in a plastic bag and then freeze them, marinade and all. When I take them out of the freezer and they thaw in the fridge they sit in the marinade all day as they thaw, Makes them very flavorful and again, I dont have to worry about a marinade when I go to cook them, One of the marinades I love is 1/2 cup mustard, 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 finely chopped clove of garlic.
