Jan N asked the following question:
I know the recipe consist of shrimp, rice, ketchup, mayo, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. That’s it, and it is so delicious, but I don’t know the proportions. Anyone out there have the recipe?

You have me stumped with this one…It sort of sounds like a Jambalaya with ketchup in place of tomato sauce….the mayo is a mystery …Is there any way you can contact the person who made this for you?

You don’t mention if this is a hot or cold recipe- this Shrimp Salad uses all of those ingredients:
Shrimp Salad
1 pound cooked peeled shrimp, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups finely chopped lettuce
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup minced onions
2 tablespoons chopped sweet green peppers
2 tablespoons chopped sweet red peppers
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons ketchup or chili sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill several hours. Serve on salad greens or in party sandwiches.
Serves 6 to 8.
