hie.. while i am new to cooking, your videos are really helpful.. i like sweet dahi vadas. can u tell me which steps specified above need to be skipped to make it sweet..
Hi there, I am newly married girl and
I am due to take some close family members on a picnic and I was wondering if you could recommend a variety of savouries/ food I should make that won’t be too dry or soggy but very filling.
-P.S. I think your show should be on TV. Its absolutely brilliant
Hello Ladies, I want you to know that I am now totally addicted to your videos. This one for dahi vada is incredible. I change one thing though. I mix all the dahi with tamarind/hari chutney and all spice and soak the vada in that. It turns out AMAZING and I cant stop eating it. Its a really fast lunch or snack and simply YUMMI. Keep them coming and I will keep watching and cooking. I am a Gauri with a Sikh who loves to eat. So, thanks a ton for keeping our relationship going!
Hi.. Thanks a ton for the recipe.. Am going to make it now and shall keep u posted on the outcome. Your instructions and recipe are simple to follow. Good job… Cheers..

Yes, you have to serve it chilled or at least room temperature. Since it has a yogurt sauce, it cannot be heated.

Some people make a sweet/savory version. You can just add sugar to the yogurt and leave everything else as is.
