Copy Cat Recipie: Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce
Its that itme of the year when the BBQ gets to shine once again and if you are making BBQ you need a good BBQ sauce. This one is quick and easy to make. This makes enough for 8 servings.
3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 cloves finely minced garlic or 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
1. In a bowl big enough for your pieces of meat combine all the above and mix well.
2. Dunk your meat in the sauce and place On the grill
3. Brush with more sauce when the meat is turned over
4. just before the meat is ready to come off the grill give it another good brushing with the sauce.
